- up to 4 tunes with 15 or fewer sets per tune
- $15 for each additional set
- $1000 50-124 positions
- up to 4 tunes with 18 or fewer sets per tune
- $20 for each additional set
- $1250 125-199 positions
- up to 4 tunes with 21 or fewer sets per tune
- $30 for each additional set
- $1500 200+ positions
- up to 4 tunes with 24 or fewer sets per tune
- $40 for each additional set
